With a background in catering, bartending, restaurant management, and events, Ashleigh wanted to create a bar where every guest could find something special to drink.
She started Carolina Moxy in 2025 with a vintage horse trailer and a focus on well-made, alcohol-free drinks.
Today, she brings the bar to weddings, parties, festivals, and corporate gatherings throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry.
